Super Champs 4-H Club Enrollment 2015 Monday Dec. 15, 2014 6 to 7pm at the Sullivan Middle School computer lab. Here is your opportunity to get your ENROLLMENT FEE REIMBURSED. If 25 or more Super Champ 4-Hers Enroll on or before Dec. 15 one person will be reimbursed the enrollment fee. A parent must also be present to assist with online enrollment and pay enrollment fee. Fees will need to be paid within 10 days. You may bring your device- iPad, laptop, etc. We will help get your enrollment done by Jan15 2015 deadline. June 1st is the drop/add deadline. Questions?
