Super Saturday 26th July - Main group 5 levels - each level gets harder Can only move to next level once previous level is complete In pairs - pair needs to pick a number and that will be be there task for that level, once level is complete they may move on by selecting another number for their next task (only 1 teammate may be working at a time to complete the total reps) Level 1(120 reps) - wall balls or pull ups or push ups or TTB or box jumps or abmat or KB swings Level 2 - 4x400m run or 2x1km run or 4x500m row or 2x1km row or 6xlights run or 10x200m row Level 3(90 reps) - power cleans(115/75) or thrusters(95/65) or clean+jerks(95/65) or back squats(135/95) or OHS(95/65) Level 4(6min) - plank hold or hanging l-sit or parralette l-sit or gymnastics plank hold Level 5(30 reps) - rope climbs or bar muscle ups(dips as a scaled option) or HSPU,s Final boss level - 200 double unders/600 singles + 20m handstand walk/20 wall walks (Everyone completes once passing the 5 levels) (Cut off time - 50min)
