Super Training, a simple way to increase a Pokemons EVs, but it takes a long time. A few friends of mine have suggested different ways, the most common being Use a fully trained Pokemon to farm Bags for the lower Pokemons. Level 1 gives you 4 EV, Level 2 gives you 8 EVs and Level 3 gives you 12 EVs. I dont like doing this as doing level 3 training is no different to doing level 1 than the 8 EV different, which the lower Poke wont get as its not doing the Super Training, its just getting the rewarded bag. My technique is simple, dont use higher Pokemon, use the one you want to train on level 1. Ive found you can defeat the bots within 3 hits tops. Although this may only get you 4 EVs its defiantly faster than the higher levels, allowing you to complete level 1 twice in the speed of level 2, and the profit being an extra reward bag! Compare level 1 to level 3, you can get it done in 3 times the speed, and still get an extra 2 reward bags. If doing level 3 gave you L bags Id do that level, but the sizes of the bags you get are randomized for each level.
