Super duper bummed! My fault though, somehow I heard my brother say they were leaving Friday and found out they left today :( I just been too busy working double shifts and stuff. So now I have to mail moms presents to Yakutat. And thats ok, I just wanted to hug mama and wish her Merry Christmas, sigh, its ok, its OK. I should have been more careful to make certain about the return date, not his fault. I am exhausted. But on a better note. I had the most awesome sales rep today at the Sears store today. I took my client out shopping and she was having such a fun time picking out her stuff. We went to pay and she was having some trouble with her credit card. It was expired and she was a little flustered but the sales rep who wasnt even our agent, she was so kind, patient and reassuring to my client. She was amazing and my client is so nice and what could have been an embarrassing situation for her turned out to be alright. The agent went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I thought that was awesome, and those surveys we always so wed fill out. Well, I came home and filled it out and made sure they knew what a great asset this young lady is to their company. In this day and age customer service isnt what it used to be. And when I came back she came up to me and helped me again find what I needed. And after a long day, and I was tired, and looked like it, lol. She not only helped me, she saved me half my costs by pointing out the accumulated points on my cc. And I couldnt remember my pin number for my points but she went a step further to get me that savings and it cost me half the bill!! So thank you Lord for sending me an angel that helped my client and I to have a great day at Sears!!
