Super excited about this week of Thanksgiving. I started off the week at Rays. Today we put up our Chrismon tree. Well actually, I set our fellowship hall for lunch, while everyone else put up our tree. I made a new soup called Whatever Meat and Beans You Have Soup. Fortunately I had some ground chuck and some frozen BBQed tenderloin, onion, garlic, pinto and great northern beans, tomatoes and sauce plus two cans of chopped green chilies. Brown the chuck and onions, drain and mix together, let simmer for an hour or longer! Yummy! Also threw together a Coke a cola cake and a big pan of cornbread. Kasey Brown picked up 2 pizzas and we were ready to eat! Thursday we are eating at Andreas house with Jason and his family! Sure hope Kim and Scott get to come! maybe even Miss Alice will come. I learned that my friend, Sandi and her husband, Daniel K Bean will also be in town. I so hope I can see her. So, I am happy! happy! happy! And so very thankful for Gods forgiving and unending Grace!
