Super excited that I’m going to Myanmar (Burma) in February 2015! Myanmar Filmmakers, Myanmar Producers, Myanmar Photographers and the Media/news groups, if you want to do shoots or interviews or meetings with me while I am in Myanmar from 3rd February to 18th February, pls contact me privately via FB or email sumonayeshowbiz@gmail . I usually go to Myanmar every year to spend quality time with my close relatives, do some philanthropic/charity work, and catch up with friends including those from the film/media industry. As a Burmese-born (“Mon-Shan-Bamar” hybrid) Australian Actress, I feel so blessed to be able to donate the income made from my acting and filming work in the Australian film/media industry to disadvantaged groups in Myanmar. I mainly donate to elderly people who live in poverty and other disadvantaged groups that not many people know of. (Yes, I am also mindful of potential scams/dishonest people who can use deceptive means to drink up my hard-earned cash and I will be cautious not to fall into their trap). While I’m there, I will be visiting parts of Myanmar that I have never visited in my life. For instance, I will be going into a jungle during my pilgrimage tour to Alaungdaw Kathapha with “Momo” the elephant!. Bring on the happy days!
