Super great review - we sure appreciate the thoughtful words and visits! Kodok G. Tucson, AZ 1/7/2014 Closest thing to New York in Tucson, its almost like eating in Times Square!! Fresh meats and breads, humungous-sized sandwiches, great soups and salads, monster desserts, and now, New York style pizza that even Jon Stewart would envy. The menu is large and diverse, and I certainly havent covered it all, but everything Ive had here thus far has been like beaming back in time and place. I love Tucson, but I sure do miss the food in New York. Also worth noting is the friendly service and the welcome one always gets at the entrance. Feels very neighborly, and might be one of the very few advantages this place has on New York delis. And dont forget the free, endless supply of pickles!! Sure beats chips and salsa....
