While at Charlotte Autofair, one of our Superlite SLCs won the Best LS Powered Creation award from Hot Rod Magazine. The details from the magazine and picture follow: Best LS-Powered Creation 2014 Charlotte Autofair 2014 Charlotte AutoFair Superlite Cars are over-the-top kit car race cars that commonly race in SCCA divisions. They are street legal and us LS power plants. Dealers like Martin Motorsports, build them with any engine a customer wants, but say they most commonly use LS engines because of their revving and power characteristics. The cars use aluminum frames and fiberglass bodies commonly with gel coat colors (meaning it isn’t paint, but the fiberglass color).
