Personnel Assistant Reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all matters relating to Human Resource and Administration of the organization Qualifications A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent Bachelors Degree preferably in Social Sciences Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution Computer skills Experience in a reputable organization 2. Supplies Assistant Reporting to the Managing Director and will be in charge of all purchasing requirements of the organization Qualifications A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supplies CIPS and KISM Certificates Computer skills Experience in a reputable organization Salary Scale for Both Grades Salary scale will be at the rate of Kshs.19, 673.00 per month rising to Kshs.22,575.00 A monthly House allowance Kshs.17,873.00 Leave allowance per year Kshs. 8000.00 Outpatient medical of Kshs.10, 500.00 per year Inpatient medical cover employer pays 80% while staff pays 20% of the bill.
