Superset from this morning: variation of pullups supersetted with a variation of lat pull overs . On a regular pull-up bar I use one single handle attachment on each side, palms facing in, this gives me a neutral grip and takes some tension off wrists and lets me focus more on my back . I perform one set till failure (22 reps) then I immediately go to cable pullovers for 15 reps. Rest 45 seconds and repeat. I do this for 5 sets and gradually increase weight Then its on to the next exercise. Have a great Saturday, stay focused, get it done! #focused #saturday #shredz #fitness
