Zamefa wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the Position of SUPERVISOR SALES ADMINISTRATION. 1. JOB PURPOSE: To supervise and micro manage both Commercial Sates and Commercial logistical personnel and make proactive decisions to ensure smooth operations of commercial business. 2. STATEMENT OF MAIN DUTIES: Supervise and ensure the smooth operations of the section: Logistics – (transport and customs) and PCLL/COOP updating and reconciliation of order positions internal and with customers Analyze the letters of credit in liaison with Treasury Manager and preparing documents conforming to the letters of credit requirements. Attending to customer complaints and processing customer complaint files up to closing the complaints. Responsible for Marketing promotional activities such as trade fairs and planning advertisements etc. Preparing weekly sales reports. Responsible for the implementation, understanding and Ensures compliance with Zamefa Management Systems rules and regulations ACCOUNTABILITIES: Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Deputizing: In the absence of the incumbent, the Sales & Marketing Manager shall appoint someone responsible to act in writing. Freedom to act: Works according to well established procedures and reports progress and hold-ups to supervisor. Analytical Requirements/Problem solving:- Nil Consequence of error: Failure to meet projected plans results in loss of revenue to the company a minimum of $1,500,000. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Education: Grade 12 Vocational requirements: Degree in Marketing / Business Administration Pre-Job Experience: 3 years in similar position Computer skills: Ability to use computer application programs Written skills: Ability to write various reports Human Relation skills: Able to communicate with both employees and customers.
