Supervisor Warehouse Job Applications are invited for the post of Supervisor: Warehouse Department : Finance Reports to : Financial Analysis Manager Closing date : 12 September 2013 Location : MTN South Sudan Head Office MISSION/CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB To ensure the safe keep; transportation and distribution of MTN South Sudan’s assets / inventories RESPONSIBILITIES • Collate all reports on housekeeping in the various warehouses • Coordinate stock quantity within the warehouses • Ensure internal procedures are adhered to in terms of logistics • Ensure prompt adherence to audit recommendation report • Post all transactions on the system in an accurate and timely manner • Prepare monthly reports • Supervise warehouse operations to ensure that orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, and efficiently. • Ensure that records are maintained properly QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in warehouse and logistics Experience: 2- 3 years relevant working experience, i.e. in logistics/warehouse on a supervisory level KNOWLEDGE • Financial literacy • Power user on Word; Excel and PowerPoint • Reporting • Risk management • Security management • Warehouse and logistics management SKILLS • Ability to learn quickly • Ability to plan; coordinate and schedule work of others • Ability to work under pressure • Advanced communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Analytical skills • Coordinate work assignments and schedules • Report writing Preference will be given to South Sudanese nationals.
