Today, September 6, is my youngest grandsons first birthday and I am in Oceanside (near San Diego) sharing the special day with my daughter, her husband and their two sons. Ryker has had allergies and breathing issues of his own, but my wonderful daughter and her husband have been diligent in doing everything they can to keep Ryker healthy and happy. Since Ryker is allergic to wheat, eggs and dairy products my daughter made special cupcakes, however since he never eats anything remotely sweet other than fruits, he was not quite sure. His brother, Pete, had no problem gobbling up his cupcake.
