Support needed. We have had a very difficult few days and I will go into more details in the morning about this when I have a quite hour to reflect on events. Billy is ok and nothing to worry about. He has been seen by the psychologist over the past couple of days and they have diagnosed that he is depressed. Not surprising really but it is hampering his recovery at this stage and we are concerned that he may slip backwards as a consequence. Therefore we are putting out a public call to all his friends to support him at this difficult time. He needs boosting to bring him out of this low and fresh faces and voices are just what the Doctor has ordered. So please spare him a few hours and visit him if you can. Visiting is from 1-00pm until 9-30pm everyday and the more people through the door the better. He is in his own private room away from all the general ward patients and he looks exactly like the old Billy. No more tubes, pipes, machines, etc that he had at St Marys where he did look in a poor condition. I know the sun is shining and the last thing you want to do is spend it in a depressing hospital but Billy doesnt want to be there either and now is the time to show him all the support he has. He is in Fleming Ward at Northwick Park hospital on the 6th floor of the ward block. Also known as RRU. Thanks for your support.
