Supposed to have surgery in morning real early and I receive a packet from the doctor to initial each page and sign last one. Says send in via mail or FAX within 24 hours of surgery to avoid cancellation of the surgery. I didnt get it until just this evening. Isnt that something? Took me many phone calls before someone finally tells me....oh sir that is ok just bring it in with you signed Not funny. Was starting to get in panic mode lol.
