Supposedly, the State of Kansas had a Constitutional Amendment defining marriage as being for one man and one woman. And Gov. Sam Brownback issued this statement: “I swore an oath to support the Constitution of the State of Kansas. An overwhelming majority of Kansas voters amended the Constitution to include a definition of marriage as one man and one woman. Activist judges should not overrule the people of Kansas.” Now did he take Government or Civics classes in HIGH SCHOOL???? Did he not see that the National Constitution trumps State Constitutions???? And what is worse is he went to K.U. and got his Juris Doctorate in 1982. If his Certificate of Achievement or Diploma from Law School is true (which it is) he is one dumb ass lawyer and an even more clueless Governor!!!!!!
