AS THE DEMOCRACY IS ONLY DEVELOPED ON PERSONALTY, TERRITORY AND rich and POOR PEOPLE BASES, NEVER RAISE THEIR STATUS rather make more poor than previously, SO THAT VOTES CAN BE PURCHASED CHEAPLY ANG RIGGING IS UN NOTICED.
