Sura Al-Tariq - a36th Sura revealed in Mecca. 86th Sura in the Holy Quran: By the heavens with its recurring cycles, and by the Earth ever bursting with new growth; this is a discerning utterance, no flippant jest. (Sura 86: verses 11- 14): Allahs revelation can be compared with the firmament in which everything revolves smoothly and punctually but never changing its path; and so does Gods revelation being the centre of mans life ever guiding him to higher destinies constantly throughout his life. OR, the earth continuously producing and reproducing green vegetation to provide sustenance for all living things so life may continue; similarly Allahs revelation continues to flourish in man by improving his inner personality throughout his changes in life and circumstances. The revelation help man to distinguish between good and evil; and guide him to the right path by giving him strength and faith. It isnt something to take lightly because it is important for our well-being just as the sky and earth are for our survival.
