Surah Al Nisā statement 6: Keep testing (the level of intelligence and) maturity of the orphans (in your charge) until they attain a marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them (integrity) maturity (& capability of sound judgement) then hand over to them (all) their possessions (property and assets). Do not deprive them of it by squandering (it in their names) or on the pretext of their benefit before they come of age. The guardians of the orphans who are economically well to doubt abstain from using their property in any way. The less privileged (guardians, however) may use (for personal benefit no more than a small portion ) in a fair manner. Whenever you turn over their possessions (property and assets) to them, have (an evidence or) witnesses (representing their interests physically present) though ALLAH is sufficient to take account (your intentions and actions).
