I Will Answer My Answer that They Are Not Permitting Because They Are Thinking Surat Will Become More Popular Than Mumbai Or Ahmedabad Or Any Other Cities, although Surat Is City Were Millioners Are Living In Our City Who Can Build Biggest Building In India, And This Is Only Reason Why Govt. Is Not Permitting Surat. And This Is Only Reason Why Surat Is Still Not Permitted For International Airport. If International Airport Will Build Up Than Everything Will Come From Mumbai To Surat Related Business,....Private Plane In Surat Is Not Started By Govt. Of India But Businessman Of Surat,,,....Surat Is Best City In World And Can Touch The World And Have Ability To Become Best City In World But The Hell Govt. Of India Is Not Letting To Touch The World......We Have Everything In Our City, A Jobs, A Universities, A Hazira Port, A Beach, A Best Municipal Corporation In India And Richest Municipa Corporation SMC, Guys SMC Cant Do Anything Till SMC Has Not Been Permitted So Dont Blame SMC..We Have A Cleanest Surface/City, We Have Great Peoples, Most Important We Have Best Climatic Conditions, And We Very Very Important WE ARE LIVING IN MOST SAFE CITY, Where Others City Have Risk Of Firing In Public, No Girls Safety, Raping Girls, And Many More Where Surat Is Very Safer In This things,.....But Hate That Surat Is Not Permitting For Many Floors Buildings, International Airport, ETC.......Hope This Will Fix Soon
