Sure, low voter turnout is terrible, but low voter education-awareness is worse, much worse and a reality. Realizing that some people may refuse to vote tomorrow, fearing they could be infected at the polls with Ebola from Liberians. Of course, they are woefully confused, somehow believing Libertarians could be infectious and contagious. Anyway, Liberians cant vote tomorrow unless they are registered and citizens. Go figure.
