Surgery went as well as could be expected this morning, the CT scan shows no apparent spread of the cancer, and the physicians outlook is very positive for me. After the biopsy results are available next week and follow-up blood work & another CT scan occur in a few weeks, the next steps in the process will be determined... Possibly some focused radiation or a smaller surgery, if needed. However, the physician thinks recurrence and chemo are EXTREMELY unlikely, which is obviously great news. Thank you everyone for your prayers, well-wishes, and support for me and my family! Please keep them coming as God walks me thru the rest of this fight.
