Surgical evidence? There are mixed opinions of whether root-end surgery is effective and the so called success of the procedure. The main problem is that most clinicians are basing their decisions on old techniques and not microsurgery. Microsurgery offers the use of better tools (microsurgical), smaller access for osteotomies and the placement of newer more biological repair materials.
