Surin 3 days Itiniary Day 1 Pick up at O’Samch border pass at 8.00 a.m. (you should leave Siem Reap around 5.00 a.m.) and proceeding to Prasat Phnom Rung, Muang Tam, and Phimai. Over night at Phimai Nokor Reachseima. Day 2 Phimai and Phimai Museum and then Surin in the afternoon overnight in Phum Kwao---a small village 20 k.m. from Surin town. Evening with Kandrim Boran, and stay in Surin town. Day 3 Surin-Srikhoraphum-Sangkheak-O’Samch Srikhoraphum is a small town where the 9th century Khmer sanctuary stands with 5 brick towers; and Apsara Devi holding the parrot on her hand. Heading southward direction to Sangkheak to visit Prasat Yeay Ngao—an unfinished 3 towers sanctuary from Baphoun to Angkor Wat and Phum Phun—the perhaps the oldest Khmer temple in Thailand and Prasat Car where the biggest Khmer lintel stands since the Koh Ker period. Back to O’samch around 4 p.m. End of the trip.
