Surpassed a milestone today.. got through my first "debut" day in my new job as Food Director for my school.. Served breakfast to the teachers and staff for the Welcome Back breakfast kick off meeting.. Had an omelet bar with various toppings including homemade fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, bacon and sausage, raisin cinnamon scones, homemade granola with assorted yogurts and fresh fruits... got it all cleaned up and then made homemade from scratch oatmeal cookies for 400 to bake tomorrow.. WHEW what a day.....
