Surprised. This isnt a HUGE feat of strength in the Crossfit world but after not really doing much push press for quite a while and 100kgs being a REALLY heavy 1rm not that long ago it surprised me to be able to get out 3 at this weight - it must be the t - shirt. After a brutal recovery massage from BodyFirst Massage yesterday my body was ready to get back into some training today. AM session - Work to a 3rm split jerk - worked up to 110kgs Work to a 3rm push press - worked to 100kgs Work to a 3rm weighted pullup - worked to 25kg DB 4 sets of - 2 strict muscle ups + 2 kipping muscle ups For time - Row 5km I beat some demons today. For me to row 5km at the same pace the whole way without stopping with absolutely no - one around to tell me to keep going, i feel like i won something.
