Survey Participation Request - A survey of Indianas Service System for People with I/DD, Mental/Behavioral Health Challenges will look at the services currently available in Indiana and where they need to be strengthened or improved. The goal is to collect as many responses as possible from individuals working in all aspects of mental health or I/DD services, as well as families and individuals who have been impacted by I/DD and a co-occurring mental/behavioral health challenge.
