Survey shows that 10 million of the overall population in Afghanistan constitute the youth between the age of 18 and 24 and now with consideration of this great human resource potentials, efforts should be triggered in formulating effective strategic measures should be undertaken to bring proper change in living standard of the youth as today the Afghan society beside having major human resource, role of the youth in decision making process and leadership and in opposition to the demands of 21st century and the modern era, still this segment of Afghan society facing in some illogical limitations and so-called traditional values that hamper ways to them to contribute in various spheres and legal age for nomination of presidency of the country raised to 40 and senate to 35. The main question which arises is that representatives of the people make way to the parliament and senate through votes of the youths, but why they can’t nominate themselves for the post of president, lawmakers and rest of the high ranking positions. The youths of Afghanistan as part of global human community should retain the appropriate position in the country to contribute their effective role in all fields of socioeconomic progress, but regrettably, youth of Afghanistan are massively demoralized and their psychological power have been influenced by the suppressive and dictatorial policies of some ex leaders and such politicians are not ready at any cast to pave the way to the youth to take part in politics and national decision making process. Afghanistan beside focusing on contribute and role of the youth in social spheres requires to combat the humiliated phenomenon of administrative corruption with full force to overcome on the issue soon which has overshadowed the opportunities to upgrade energetic role of the youngsters in the country.
