Surya Namaskar B (Sun Salutation B) with variation. In the past, it was difficult for me to bring myself onto the mat regularly, but the more I do it, the more consistent I become. It is much better to do 30 mins every day, then do 2 hrs once per week. Usually, I would do 10 of these and other variations before moving to other poses.
