Suspension Training: I have been a fitness enthusiast, competitive athlete and professional for a number of years and there are many tools that many people fail to utilize do to lack of knowledge, experience and or fear. Suspension training includes exercises that utilize your own body weight in which a variety of compound movements can be performed. This promotes development of core strength, range of motion and stability which plays a major role and fitness related movements it is the basis to your foundation.
