Sutherland 2 Surf tomorrow! Our Studio team event of the year this coming Sunday the 20th July - Sutherland 2 Surf! For those of you who have never competed in this event before, it is the perfect event for ANYONE - walkers or runners, to achieve a truly great feat! The event is 11kms in total & can be completed at your own pace. The race commences from Flora Street Sutherland, where you cross the finish line at Greenhills Car Park, Cronulla . (Note: there is a new finish line this year, previous years was outside Wanda Surf Club). You can still register online until mid-night Wednesday 16th July - cost is $50, or at the Sutherland Entertainment Centre on race day, for $60. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR RACE DAY WHERE TO MEET: Our meeting point on the day will be 7.15am at Bakers Delight Sutherland, where we will warm up with some active stretching & get everyone assembled at the starting line by 7.45am to commence the race, at 8am SHARP! The Engadine Team would love it if you could proudly represent our Studio by wearing your Vision singlet! And or your Vision Hat/Visor! (or something red). If you would like to purchase a singlet, they are still available at the Studio for $30. Sizes still available are: Ladies 12, 14, 16 & Mens size L available (we are now out of size XL - our apologies). Vision Visors are $15 & Vision Hats are $20. WHAT DO I DO WITH MY BELONGINGS? Ben & Mitch, will be collecting jumpers/ backpacks e.t.c & will be driving them down to the finish line, should you want to leave your warm clothing on until the last minute. It is advisable, that you write your name on the inside of your clothing to avoid your personal items being lost or mistaken by fellow Clients. The Engadine Studio takes no responsibility for any items lost on the day. AFTER THE RACE: Once you cross the finish line (with lots of smiles & cheers!), please join us at the Vision Personal Training Marquee where our neighbouring Vision Studios: Bangor, Blakehurst, Sylvania, Caringbah & Gymea, will be cheering on your fellow runners to celebrate our Clients success! Buses will depart from Cronulla High School to Sutherland after the race presentation, the last bus is at 11.00am. The Cost is $4.00 per person per trip. Your team of Trainers will be there to support & encourage you on the day & rumour has it that CAPTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY & WEIGHT LOSS WOMAN, will be there to cheer you along as well!
