Swachha Bharat - who will decide what svachhta is? Gandhinagar corporation has issued a notification prohibiting keeping animals (cow, buffalo, donkey) in all sectors of gnagar as it creates flith and traffic problem. So what the pastoral nd labor class should do with their animals - throw them to slaughter house? Corporation suggests tht maldhari can keep their animals outside city.... And obviously svachhta will mean this only as Svachhta is concept of brahminical system, urbanites, elites, who considers themselves as cultured (sanskritised), While the rurals, the shudra (all obc), the dalits, the tribal and minorities are not svachha. And thats why these all communities were (are) not allowed to live nd perform their primary occupation in village itself for years and again now on the name of svachhta.
