Swansea has the strangest criminals - One man examines another mans butt with a flashlight on the side of the road without his consent. Corey A. Alberson, 32, of 512 Green Haven Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Jan. 24, 2013 by Illinois State Police. Alberson allegedly, in committing a battery and while standing on a public way, the shoulder of the road on North 9th Street, East St. Louis, the defendant made physical contact with Anthony Campbell in that the defendant pulled down the pants of Anthony Campbell without his consent exposing his buttocks and visually examined with a flashlight the naked buttocks while holding his pants down.
