Swazi Chief Justice Michael Makhulu Baas Ramodibedi working around the clock to have freed firebrand Swazi Editor Bheki Makhubu and leading human rights lawyer Thulani Maseko rearrested. Ramodibedi is filing appeal papers against Judge Mumcy Dlaminis judgement freeing the two prisoners of conscience from 20 days of illegal and unjust incaceration. Ramodibedi has summoned prison authorities to the 7 star Royal Villas at Ezulwini where he stays to grill them on why they released the duo after Judge Dlaminis groundbreaking judgement last night.... he is going on and on about there being no warrant of liberation (for crying out loud Justice Dlamini had issued a bloody court order...on a Sunday...all the nitty gritties about stamps and liberation warrants could follow). Clearly this ntathe is smoking his dirty socks! I wonder if the Swazi Observer will continue to be the only credible media in Swaziland that sees something wrong with this picture!
