Sweat 2013 Session #9 1- Welcome back. Summerfest: the division is full (10 minutes) 2- Warm-up (20 minutes) • Dynamics (5 minutes) • Partner ball handling (5 minutes) • Pass and cut lay-ups (10 minutes) 3- Specific Skill Training for player plan (30 minutes) • Stephen, Jesse, David on the gun. 10 minutes each straight keep track of stat. Two players not shooting are going to work on the side with ball handling (Andre). • Jerry, Shane, Alex and Loren- Shooting star threes. (tracked). • Kelly, Mackenzie, Jordan, Brandon- Agility Training (Serge) • Emily- Post work (Andre) 5- King of the court 4 on 4 (15 minutes) 6- Plyometrics- In weight room and gym (30 minutes) • 12 Depth jumps off plyo boxes • 20 seconds rope wave • 10 clap push-ups (8 for the girls) • 5 chin-ups (3 for the girls)- can be assisted by chair or partner • 3 sprints the length of the court Repeat 4 times 7- Cool down, stretch (need to change how this is done) and debrief (10minutes)
