Sweat Intervals complete for the day.....YOWZA! These moves are all completely modified, but this was my best, my 100%, my max for the day. Do you think Im feeling bad about having to modify? Heck no! Im thankful for a workout that allows me to start where Im at, give it my all every day, and wind up stronger and improved by the end of it. I dont want you to be intimidated by the words Insanity or Max, and I also dont want you thinking for one second that modifying is bad in any way, or that it wont still give you INSANE results....because it most definitely WILL!
