Sweat-n Crisco!! right here @ home in my office- a cozy 88 degrees in here!headin for a hundo +today and low and behold the coil on my A/C in frozen SOLID-bad sign when you call the service folks and you hear a slight snicker and can hear the drool! fully expecting a financial colon check when they arrive between 9 am and 9pm but will give me a "courtesy" call when they are on the way- Oh well trying to stay hydrated by pounding well water but have a semi slushy Diet coke in the freezer but i know better!!upper body @ the gym tonight and will be hate-n life if seduced by the DC!! word up!if my posts seem weirder than usual(i know!) blaming it on heat stroke and the pre and post delirium that accompanies the malady --Get thee behind me semi frozen, caffeine laden, full of carcinogenic sweetener-nectar of the Gods!! knowing full well it will dry me up like a prune! cut strength!limit cardio ability by 20+% and yet not totally out of the question???
