Sweaty pic saturday!!! :) CORE-lation Challenge Day 8: Leg day! Friends dont let other friends skip leg day! Which means you need to jump, squat, and lunge your way to some serious muscles. Why not? Your legs have the biggest muscles on your body, so work em hard! They can handle it. Its your mind you have to convince. *jumps- in, out, in, out..then doubles--in, in, out, out...then finally add arms for a full jumping jack....this should a consistent 3 minutes of jumps, your calves will burn! *lunge with hop- by hopping side to side you are working your core, keep it tight...try to touch the floor if you can; your legs will burn too, very quickly! *squats- I keep my feet wide cuz its easier on knees. Get low and oh yea, your legs will burn ...see a pattern? Lol workout now so you feel good later. Its not supposed to be easy, wear yourself out. Youll get an endorphin rush when your done :) **Workout brought to you by T25, if your in need of some indoor cardio this winter, Id love to get you in my challenge group! :)
