Sweeping legal changes which came into effect on September 30 Allowing courts to suspend or cancel the licence of any person convicted or found guilty of Any offence - regardless of whether that offence has anything to do with driving Courts now have access to new legislation..... which came into effect on September 30 2013... That now sees any magistrate...... allowed.... in fact encouraged.... to disqualify anyones licence, for any offence....... whether you were driving or not.... [......You...... could have your licence disqualified.... for being arrested at a protest...] With there being, no time limit set..... for disqualification..... and..... no leniency shown to first time offenders...... or minor offences. Argued to be at the discretion of the court.... with the mechanism... of appeal... where higher courts are able to........ over rule lower courts. It is arbitrary..... and bordering on mandatory sentencing ..and.... is excessively punitive.. Arguing its preventative measure.... thatll see peeps in some cases.... lose their capacity to travel too work etc.....and...... the flow on effects of that..... for Jay walking...... Is Ridiculous..... The illegitimate government.. are maintaining its fascist and draconian course, by cranking up the illegitimate legal systems, regressive and punitive mechanisms.. Exerting a power that is guided by reactive checks and balances... which isnt just a sub optimal outcome.... its an absolute failure. Which will become more compounded, draconian and regressive.. if such a course.... is left unchecked...
