Sweet Baby Jesus...I had a nightmare last night...I was being chased by the demon love child of Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons. Its horns looked like a thigh master. It kept yelling Feel the BUUUURRRRNNNN!!!! Ok, Day 8 is done, and as I was squatting my poor legs off, I kept asking myself why? WHY AM I DOING THIS TO MYSELF?? As I did my wall push ups, I kept thinking I should be banging my head against the wall with every pushup, Surprisingly enough the sit ups and crunches arent too bad, Todays minute plank was reminiscent of some prison torture regime... but when I put on the pair of shorts that I struggled to button last week, and they went on like a dream, I was all Ahhhhh, this is why.... ;) Good job to everyone for sticking it out, for what ever your reasons, WE GOT THIS!!
