Sweet Cinnamon sweet potato fries were a success, if I do say so myself, and I do. Pretty easy to make. Just peeled and cut up the sweet potatoes, then melted a little coconut oil and tossed the fries around in the oil. Then I mixed a little Natvia sweetener with cinnamon and sprinkled that over the fries and tossed them around. Once cooked, I simply added in extra cinnamon, and tossed them around a bit more.
