Sweet, looks like vodafone have just given me the opportunity to cancel my contracts without having to pay the cancellation fee. They have breached there contact 6 days in a row. They have promised me that my internet connection will NOT go off again. But yet again for the 6th day in a row Ive received a text message on both phones saying that ive used up all my data. When in fact I have just under 8GB of data left as confirmed by them on the phone each day I get cut off. It takes rhem a good 14 hours ro activate my connection if I call at midnight and thats if they remove the network bar. Most times they just sent me a text with browser settings. 😞😞 So yesterday went to vodafone shop and called the customer service up from my phone and they garunteed it would not go off again. They also told the sales assistant who wrote it on my notes that if I did get dc agian then I can cancel with no charges. Watch this space.
