Sweet, sweet, Rita. This little lady was left behind in the back yard when her family moved away - all alone with no access to food or water. So sad! But thats okay because the neighbors pitched in and fed her over the fences for several months until we heard about her plight. Now she is safe and sound with Second Chance Pets - Yeah!!! Rita will have her happy ending - come be a part of it. She is a quiet and very good natured dog - kinda goofy and silly. Shes a Shepherd mix, about 2 years old and weighs about 70 pounds - we dont want her to get any heavier. She is house trained and crate trained - she happily sleeps in her crate at night. She is great with other dogs (big and small) and seems to ignore cats. She is interactive and flirty with kids who come by to say hello at adoptions although her foster family doesnt have children so she hasnt had a lot of time with kids since we rescued her. We think shed be great with them though. This angel deserves the bestest family we can find for her - its time for her to live the good life!
