Sweet tooth tonight? Try my homemade Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip cookie recipe 1 cup of natural peanut butter 1/2 sliced banana 1 Whole egg 1/2 cup of oatmeal flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup 1 tsp baking powder 1 bag of sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional carob chips) Parchment paper for baking sheet Preheat oven to 350. Place oatmeal in food processor or blender until flour-like consistency. Set aside. In another bowl, place peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, sliced banana and use a fork to mash all ingredient until it is well-blended. Add oat flour, egg, and baking powder. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Put scoops of batter on top of parchment paper-lined baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are firm.
