Swift Worldwide Resources recruits for client in the Oil and Gas area; MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR OF PLANT Macaé - RJ Required: · Degree qualified or equivalent; · Fluent in Portuguese and English languages; · Proficient in the use MS Office applications; · Understanding of maintenance management systems; · Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry; Activities: · Plan the installation of new machinery including provision of all necessary services required for manufacturing operations. · Coordinate machinery commissioning and testing to ensure on time start of production, while complying with acceptance criteria for equipment performance, quality and safety. · Review and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to specified schedule and scope of work. · Plan, monitor and review project and maintenance budgets. · Work with production and technical teams to resolve operational or product related problems and implement improvements. · Plan, implement and coordinate a comprehensive program of preventative maintenance, including calibration and statutory inspections. · Manage stocks of equipment, tooling, spare parts and consumables. · Ensure all machinery, equipment and engineering activities are in compliance with local and national regulations.
