Swing shift was fairly slow with only a few non reportable calls for service. Mal Injury/Fail to Purchase DL on E 1st Ave - RP called reference a disturbance/unwanted person. An 18 year old male was at the residence destroying things. As Officers were en route the RP advised the male had left and it was further determined that he did not have a driver’s license. Officers were able to locate the male at another residence and he was cited and released for Malicious Injury to property (for damaging walls and doors at the residence) and Failure to Purchase a driver’s license.
