Switch up your routine, try out this circuit! ️10 exercises 3 sets 12 reps (last set increase to 15+ reps) 1⃣ Plié Squat -glutes, quads & adductors 2⃣ Dumbbell Row-lat dorsi, traps, rhomboids 3⃣ Dumbbell curl sitting-biceps 4⃣ Dumbbell step ups (both sides!!)-quads, glutes,hamstrings 5⃣ Chest Press- pecs See next video for last 5 exercises! 6⃣ Seated shoulder press-delts 7⃣ Tricep extension-tris 8⃣ Stiff leg deadlift-glutes, hamstrings, lower back 9⃣ Cross bench pullover (hips elevated in bridge)- lats, pecs, tris Standing bicep cross overs 1 minute rest in between sets
