Switching to Low Bar Squatting: Ive decided to switch over to low bar squatting as I think it will suit my leverages much better. Todays training session is the first of many were Ive decided to drop my weights right down and work on weak points so over time I will slowly build back up. Ive switched over to Low Bar Squats so kept it pretty light today, over time I will increase my speed and the width of my stance. In the deadlift Im trying to focus on keeping a much flatter back so I no longer get stuck with a rounded back at the lockout. Again kept the weight moderate and focused on keeping a flatter back while going through a more controlled slower pull, rather than just whipping the bar off the ground.
