Sydney based boutique tourism PR agency, Barking Owl Communications, is looking for a PR specialist to work across a range of exciting tourism-related clients including airlines, hotels and destinations. The role is for a 2 month contract (Sept & Oct), starting asap for 2 days a week. Monthly contract rate open to discussion at interview. The right candidate will have demonstrable experience in the tourism PR industry with a strong current knowledge of the media landscape, incl. an understanding of social media. They will possess excellent writing skills, good media contacts, event mgt experience, strong client liaison skills and strategic planning capabilities. Organisational and administrative skills are also required to develop client reports, planning and tracking charts. Sense of humour is a must!
