Sydow Caterers are strictly halaal , catering specifically in Cape Malay cuisine . Minimum pax- 50 to Maximum pax - 300. We do not do platter orders , or individual cake orders . All our sweet and savoury items are only served at our events that is fully catered by us . We are a dedicated team who is passionate about food. Founder and co-owner Fatima Sydow is well known for her amazing cooking and baking skills in the Cape Malay foods , she is joined by co-owner and eldest sister Nadia in the kitchen , the rest of the family helping with all other tasks .
